Appetizer Menu

All appetizer caterings include soft drinks and teas. Any substitutions or additions may change price.

Boneless Wings

Large order of our boneless wings
Buffalo, BBQ, Hot Barbie, Lemon Pepper, or Cajun.
Ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
Add fries for $2 per person.

Cheeseburger Sliders

A mini version of our juicy cheeseburgers.
Served with meat cheese only.
Veggie set up on side.
Ketchup, Mustard, or Mayo on the side.
Add French Fries or Potato Chips for $2.

Sweetwater Queso

Our popular queso served with our homemade salsa and fresh tortilla chips.
Make it loaded for $2.00 more with hamburger meat, guacamole, and jalapenos.

Quesadillas

Chicken or BBQ Pork quesadillas.
Substitute Steak for $2 more.
Side of pico, sour cream and guacamole.
Served with our homemade salsa and fresh tortilla chips.

Entreé Buffet

All buffets include soft drinks and teas. Prices vary on time of event and number of guests. Any substitutions or additions may change price.

With any buffet offering more than 1 main entree, you must pick one. The only one that comes with 2 meats is the Fajita Buffet.

For additions, some people add Queso or Garden Salad to the Fajita Buffet for an extra $1.50 per person.

For substitions, you can switch out the Pinto Beans on the Down Home Buffet for a different side.
